Title: Safari Question (On touch)

I am using a network that required a Client Security Agent to be installed on computers for them to be able to access the internet. However, if I try to download it onto my iPod, it tells me that my iPod is incompatible with the software. Is there a way I could SFTP the software onto my ipod to access the internet? Thanks!
