Title: external harddrive

My 2 terabyte  harddrive is (2) seperate 1 terabyte drives that show up as 1 can this be separated.This came that way set from goharddrive.com The box says jbod or big gohard drive says it was set to jbod (1) drive the box say jbod shows up  as 2 seperate drives,I would like it as 2 drives can this be change

JBOD is a form of RAID. How big is the external box? U could always partition the drive into 2 separate partition. read the manual to see if u can change the setting. What u want to do is remove the RAID settings (JBOD).
