Title: HP1012 Printer printer question.....

Periodically (haven't been able to determine any pattern) when printing labels or envelopes, a full page hp LaserJet 1012 printer "ad" page will print instead of the desired label or envelope.  Two of our computer users have hp1012's and both users complain about this same problem.   Anyone else having this problem or know the solution?

We use Windows XP and WordPerfect 9.
