Is There  A Step by Step Someone Can Give Me To Do THis or Lead Me To Another Website That Gives Me Steps Cause The One He Requested To Me Didn't Seem Quite Right When I Looked Over It!!!

The links that EF gave you for a clean install of XP are probably the most concise you will find on the Web...
What part of them are you having trouble with and did you get a legit XP CD ? ?
