I have a friend whom I build a computer for. He has managed to do something to the system to lock out the Task Manager so we cannot access it. It says to see the Administrator, (that's ME!). The machine is running XP. Any Ideas on how to restore access to the T.M.?

Download HijackThis:

by clicking on Download HijackThis Installer
Install, and run it.
Post HijackTHis log.
NOTE. If you're using Vista, right click on HijackThis, and click Run as Administrator
