Title: Changing the welcome window

Hi there!
             My friend is having a problem in changing the startup window on her laptop (Acer). Right now there is only one user, administrator that shows on the welcome screen everytime she logs turns on the laptop. I helped to create other users but can't see them on the welcome window. It keeps telling me to uninstall the client services for netware before it can change the welcome window...What can I do???

dear you want to say that you can not creat a user in your laptop
         firstly you logon administrator after in administrator you click on control panel this you creat account on user account option
      when your account is created you logon for that account ou created
