Title: Problems with Videos/Downloads Stopping Randomly

I recently just reformated (erased all contents from my hard drive and reinstalled windows) my computer and now youtube videos wont load all the way....downloads dont either... It will load for about 10 seconds to a point and will stop, but it's not always 10 seconds it's random. Then once it reaches that point, it won't load anymore and it just says its loading forever.....help please! It's almost as if there a maximum on packets allowed......I don't know what the problem is....help!

Have you done all windows updates?

you may want to stick to IE7

You may also want  to try FireFox browser to see if that helps

Did you remember to re-install all your Drivers ? ?
MBoard chipset drivers go FIRST...
