Title: Change Format in Document to Landscape then back to Letter Format

I creating a large document, and most of my document will be on pages in the 'letter" format. I need to have a one in the Landscape Format, then back to "Letter" and I may need to do this on a few occasions. Can anyone assist me and how to do this?
