i ran uniblue and did a scan but took nothing out , just trying it to see what it would find , has anyone ever used it and how did you find it below is how many faults it found

The program's value runs from worthless to almost good. ???
That is what people who used it said. I did not use it.
IMO you can better invest your money in some hardware to improve the performance of your system. And get better results.

i heard it was bad only tried it to see what it would come up with because when i use advanced system care it finds nothing and says its clear

Harry you are falling into this trap of trying every protection app out there in search of something....
This will only cause grief.
If you've been given a clean bill of health from EF then stop beating a dead horse and just update the suggestad apps you have regularly...

uniblue's not really that great and if you already have tools you used to get your pc healthy again, just use that instead of looking for new things that may potentially hurt your computer again ....
And I think your pc probably has enough protection :)

The best way to protect your computer is to back up your data on a regular basis.

or at the very worst, you make system restore points if you're using xp, vista or some version of windows 7.

Do not use any program from uniblue
Some way it got into my system and I could not uninstall it.
There was no uninstall anywhere. And no documentation.

always do the research first ... a lot of things take twice the effort to get fixed than it did to create the problem so if you can do it right the first time, go for it :)

On the Uniblue site? That's what's impossible. Besides that, I haven't heard of any major browser bugs recently.

It might not be a real uniblue web site. They don't monitor their affiliates at all and some go to extreme measures to make a sell...

That brought back a mental picture of a TV interview last month with a PR man from Synaptic . Barbra asked him point blank the conflict of interest question . It was the question any of us would like to ask and he just smiled big and side-stepped the obvious answer and bragged about how much good his company does.
We just don't know who benefits by caber attacks.

If we are talking about Cyber Violence, it is on track!
Cyber Violence is any hostile attack on a person's Cyber estate without consent of the individual. Unless Intel and Microsoft say it is OK.

This Internet is becoming more and more aggressive.
It is worse that the stock market. In the stock market you have to actually buy something worthless before they run off with your money or property. On the internet they will steal your back and credit information and then your bank will tell you there is nothing you can do. Or it was your fault.
The topic is uniblue...
and it seems that they either don't care or they are the culprits.

but that's when you need to be paying with credit card. Banks will do check it out your (ugly) situation for you and you don't have to pay a lot of times if the bank confirms your claim ;D
