Title: Page can not be displayed
Post by: kevin-wd on May 24, 2004, 07:30:50 AM
I'm unable to view secured web pages.  I get an error message indicating that the web page can not be displayed.  This happens all the time with every brower I've tried to use.  Any idea what's causing this?

I'm using Windows-XP.  I was told by my internet provider (Verizon-DSL) that I had a corrupt "win" file in my registry which was preventing me from viewing secured web pages.  They also said I had to go back to the manufactor of the computer (Dell) so they could instruct me further.  I'm in limbo, waiting for their reply.
