Title: run dll error

i have windows vista OS on my computer,
at the start up a message pops up,

"error loading C:\AppData\roaming\icpio.dll the specified module could not be found"

how can i fix this error  ?

Are you part of a domain?

Or a workgroup?

neither i m part of domain nor on a workgroup,
it is a seperate home user computer,
