Title: Acer Aspire 5738g keyboard not working

i got acer aspire 5738g. last week. its nice laptop. it was ok till last evening, today evening i switched it on, everything is perfer but keyboard and touchpad is not working, whereas external mouse is working perfectly. please help me, how to unlock keyboard and touchpad of my laptop.

Try using Fn + F7. It turns the touchpad on and off.

thanks patio, i tried it but no result any other option please...
