Title: Has anyone ever used this thing?

First, I would like to say thank you very much to Tenebrous for telling me about this DownThemAll. Even though I'm running into some problems with it, which that is why I'm here, it looks like it will be a lifesaver on backing up my sites since right clicking on each file just causes me even more pain in my wrists and arms than I already am in.

Anyways, the problem I'm running into is some of the files it says it already exists and the files it says already exists are not even files I'm trying to backup in the first place like login.htm is one of them and it asks what I want to do with the file.
