Not sure what to say I can not get into the internet
I have signal that says limited or no access. I called my ISP ppl and they said im fine on their end the signal is being sent
its just not going from modem to monitor or computer ???
I did buy a new modem and new ethernet cables but nothing
I also just put in a new network card, and nothing
please help me I dont know what to do
PS i have lots of protection, Nortons, counterspy, spyware-doctor, adaware SE plus so Its not a virus
ISP people said hardware issue. Im confused.
Please help me I have no computer

CRLY1264... I had this problem not long ago... Try doing the following... Turn off your computer, and unplug your modem for at least 15 seconds... Restore power back to the modem, and then to the computer... See if that helps...

broardband/cable/56k........what modem....is this your first internet connection???did you load the software?? more info......on operating system ........and net connection.

I came home and unplugged my modem and waited
for 5 minutes then re connected all and it came up no problem. so as for right now i have access to the
internet
