Title: updating firefox

i have Firefox 3.0.10
and have tried to update to 3.5.1
but every time i try it says that Firefox is still running i check the task manager and find that Firefox is not ruining except for the update i then kill the update and try again but it still says the same thing

Try clean install: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox
