Title: can not del because another person or program is using it

i have a zip folder and i want to del it and it says can not del because another person or program is using it. i have unlocker to. when i use the unlocker it comes up with explorer.exe. i kill all of the processes and then i del it and the same thing happens.

Try Safe Mode.
