:-XI cant acess any microsoft websites!!!?
my brothers computer is connected to the same router and he can go on the microsoft websites.
i cant downlaod msn live ..( i tried downlaoding msn live from another website it says ' msn live need acess to internet to installe' i am connected)
when i go the oficail website and click download it says connot find server .
i cant update my windows too because it says the same thing cannot find server .
even my antivirus wont update ..
i tried turning off firewall but it still wont work .
plz help me as soon as you can

If you've lost your connection, download the programs to a USB stick on a good PC and transfer them to your PC.
If you have difficulty, you may have to run them in safe mode, tap F8 at start, .
If you have difficulty, you may have to rename the programs when you save them.
If you get stuck on a step, proceed to the next .
Post the logs for step 3,4 and 6.

Okay, for the time being, DO NOT use any Website's like eBay, banking sites, or any other sites that use credit cards, bank details etc. If you have, contact your banks/credit card companies and ask them to monitor your account closely.
Next, follow these instructions:

When your computer is clean, there is a possibility you will have to change all your passwords/login details.
