I need to rebuild several computers ( replace motherboard ) but unable to find new motherboard that will support W2K. I have proprietary video capture card and drivers have not been developed for XP or vista OS.
-
MBoards are not OS specific...simply choose one that meets your needs.
I've never heard of a MBoard that Win2K won't run on...unless it's a dinosaur.
-
What about the drivers.......Not many out there that support W2K anymore..........z
-
Btw, most mobo's manufactured before 2007 support W2K.......Try ASRock.com.........or EBay.......z
-
I'm sorry to barge in but what are W2K compatible motherboards?

We guess he means a new motherboard that has drivers that work in windows 2000 Professional. He would have to look at the install CD to see if it lists windows 2000 drivers. Most Mothers made for the consumer market have driver sets tah t go back to windows 98SE. So I would think that Windows 2000 would always be included.
