Title: Can't uninstall Firefox

I tried to uninstall firefox.  Went to control panel add/remove software, click on remove, screen flashes or refreshes and nothing happens.  Tried this in normal mode and safe mode.  I have Avast and Advanced System Care on my computer no add-ons to Firefox. Thank you for any help you can give.

Or reinstall and then uninstall.
