Can anyone tell me if I did something wrong when I posted on Sept 14?  I do not mind waiting for help - I am not trying to bump my post.  I am simply wondering if I am being overlooked for a reason.  Please let me know.

Hi Karen

There are a lot of people needing help and only a few specialists so it takes time to get to posts. Just be patient and someone will reply. It's better to wait for a specialist to help you rather than rushing and getting someone inexperienced in this particular board.

Thank you, Razor.  I will wait weeks if that's what it'll take.  I can be very patient especially when the help I hope to receive is free.  I was really curious if I had done something wrong.

 Read everything carefully. then post the three logs.

I am just directing you in the right direction. I will not be posting back in your thread again because if I do it will bump it to the top of the list which actually puts you at the end of the line (which should be a hint to others who are NOT malware specialist)
