hello. i just got a new computer. not the best but better then my old one.
here it is:

it has an integrated graphics card which si really *censored* :
geforce 6150 se
and i was looking to upgrade it to
geforce 9600 gt or 9800 gt
woudl that be possible?
if yes can you link a reccomended one taht woudl work with it please
and is under $80 preferably
..............
woudl i have to disable the integrated in order to use the new one?
..............
and also would i be able to upgrade the cpu to a quad core?
..............
andi intend to get a second monitor
one for gaming and teh other for web searches/photoshop/etc
..............
since i desire to do taht shoudl i get two graphic cards?
so tehy can each have their own power
or would one be fine concidering it has ports for 2 monitors

Can you find a model number anywhere on the case?
I can't tell by the specs. you listed whether your PCIexpress x16 slot is 1.0 or 2.0..

Did you buy it from a friend or from the company?
If you are willing to do all of this work why didn't you just build a pc from scratch?
You may have to reinstall the OS and to do that you will have to get a new cd key because the more you change on you pc the less likely the OS will work.

I went to two websites checking your motherboard and it appears that your PCI express x16 slot is the first version (1.0) It would have specified "2.0" if it was the updated version but neither one did that..
Now that we have that out of the way, what is the make/model of your monitor? Does it use a DVI connection or SVGA connection? You stated that you'd like to use a second monitor, so you you'll need a video card that will best support the type of monitors you're using.... It would also help if you gave an idea of what games you'll be playing, as different games have different hardware requirements..
Also, as far as you wanting to upgrade the processor, it's a little late to picky about the processor you'd like to have in the computer since you've already purchased it, ... but just for your info., your motherboard does support certain quad processors..

Not designed to be upgradeable. Proceed at your own risk!
Not saying you can't do it, but it was not intended to be a gaming or graphics intensive computer. Sorta like trying to compete at the Indy 500 with a Kia.

its a standard vga connection
the monitor is a compaq q1859 18.5'' wide screen
but i wouldnt have a problem gettinga different monitor
i mainly play

it was sold to me from a friend
because he recently purchased an alienware
i figured for 300$ i couldnt complain 2 much
i had a 17'' monitor but since he gave me
the one taht came with his compaq
i gave it to my father
im concidering putting it on ebay or something
and making one with what i want
but id rather not go through the hastle fo reinstalling verything
and stuff like that
plus i dont entirely know to mcuh about building my own
i know liek what is good and such
but i dont understand teh whole ''pins'' and stuff
like i dnt egt how to match everything up properly
is there any site that woudl allow me to build my own
excluding sites sich as dell, hp, etc

Notice that there are many different flavors here. Since your current monitor uses VGA you'll need a card with at least one VGA connection + another connection of DVI OR VGA, depending on the extra monitor you want to add to your system...
And depending on what games you'd like to play keep in mind that you should pick a video card that also fulfills the hardware requirements of those games..

pcie 1 and 2 are backwards compatible. You only need and can have 1 card. It will be possible to get a quad. If you want to get a new gpu, you would probably need a new psu

yes they are..... but while looking for the best possible deal, consider that a 1.0 card may be cheaper, in some cases..

The video card you are referring to would not run at its maximum capabilities while installed in a PCIexpress 1.0 slot. It would run at the max. speed of a 1.0 PCIe slot.
So if you have to decide between a 1.0 and 2.0 card, both with the same virtues except for the bus speed, a 1.0 card would likely be cheaper. Installing a 2.0 card in that system wouldn't make any difference over a 1.0 card..

a pie2 9600gt will do better then a pcie1 9400gt in a pcie1 board

If a 2.0 card had more memory than a 1.0 card and supported higher res. I would agree
I was trying to say was that if you have to decide between a 2.0 and 1.0 card with virtually the same hardware (with exception to bus speed) the 1.0 card would likely be cheaper...

If there were 2 identical cards bedsides the fact of bus speeds, like on was pcie2 and one was pcie1, I guess it would make a little difference. But I dont think they make cards that have pcie 1 and 2 versions
