Title: internet connection for guest account

Hello. How can I make the guest account have access to internet connection (connect to the internet)?
Could someone help?

When I try to create an internet connection as guest user, Windows asks for permission.
and when I try to use a connection created by administrator user ( use it as guest user ) I don't find it in network connections.
