Title: Cannot complete download

Vista w/ IE8

When I attempt to download it gets to 99% and stops. Microsoft sent me a hotfix...but guess what...I can't download it...lol

Download it with Firefox, or is that messed up as well.....

Download it on different computer and transfer installation file, using USB stick, or CD.

guess you have to download it from a different PC and from a different network!
ask your friend to do it. :)
