Title: how to find a hardware make and model to find driver

I reinstalled WindowsXP in my computer recently. I downloaded DriverMax and the result of uninstalled hardware is as under:

HSP56 MR (VIA)

Moreover i looked up DeviceManager and the report of uninstalled hardware for that is as under:

PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3068&SUBSYS_4C211543&REV_80\3&61A AA01&0&8E
How I can find the driver of the above.
Please advise.
