Title: keyboard problem with Acer Aspire One netbook
Post by: haus_kat on November 17, 2009, 07:03:43 PM
My friend has an Acer Aspire One netbook which he got recently. Today he said the keyboard started messing up and some keys type different stuff than they're supposed to. For example if he pressed "K" it types a "2" instead. I'm not sure how to fix it but he think he must have pressed some combination of keys that switched on an alternate keyboard pattern. Does anyone know how fix it? Thanks!

(He says the P key, comma key, question mark and colon key and maybe one other are not typing those characters but are typing different ones instead)

 ;D ;D Learn about NumLK. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Num_lock)

And turn it off to fix this "problem".
