Title: Received Win7 upgrade cd but !

"1 liscense = 1 machine" does that means u will be able to upgrade ur pc only once ? lets say i got a virus and i recover the old vista can i still use win7 upgrade cd again and again ???

On the same system, yes. Worst case you may someday get a message that you need to call MS to validate.
