Hi Everyone,
I hope someone can help me. I just bought a HP Photosmart C4680 printer, and tried to install it. The first stage of the installation went fine, and then I got to the set up assistant section. I get the select drivers window and it doesn't have any printer listed, so I select the my device is not listed button and continue. The next page my printer is listed so I selected it and continue. The next page asked me to select a device again but once again no printer is listed so I select the my device isn't listed button again, and this time a pop up window says that I need to download the drivers from the HP website.
I've done this, and went through the installation process again, but once again I get to the same part of the set up assistant section and it does the same thing. Further checking on the HP website says that since I am operating on the latest Mac OX system that the drivers should already be on my Macbook.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what I could try?
