OK I think that this program change is dumb, anyway my school uninstalled word perfect 12 and installed office 2007. Is there a program that can open these projects i wrote on office 2007?

You're not making sense here. ::)

You said you want to use Office to open documents you created in Word Perfect. Please take a deep breath and start again. What is it that you want to do?

I'm sorry, I don't have office 2007 but i have to use it at school and when i do use it at school and i need to take it home word perfect 12 won't open it. I need word 12 to open office files.

Install Open Office at home...it's FREE ...and works with all Office versions.
-
I think you will need to upgrade to version 14 to do that....

OpenOffice.org 3 can open Word 2007 files in the .docx format, but it cannot save in that format. So, assuming you want to edit files you take home from school, you could save them in Word 97-2003 format, that is, the .doc format, at school before you take them home. That way, you can edit them at home with OpenOffice and save them to the older Word format which can then be opened at school with Word 2007.
