That is probably a piece of adware or a spybot or some other malicious or semi-malicious software that is running on your computer.

Have you installed new software recently? If so, which?

Download SpyBotS&D (www.safer-networking.org) and AdAware (www.lavasoft.sv, I think. Swedish company) and make sure you have a decent virus killer (www.grisoft.com). Use the above to evict virus/malware infections and spyware/adware.

I've done some research, and saw many people having this exact same problem. They define it as some sort of adware. Here is some solution I found on the web at:

www.computing.net

1) Go to "start"
2) Click "run"
3) Type in "msconfig"
4) Click "OK"
5) Click on "Startup" tab
6) Find "pg4ds32m" in the list
7) Uncheck its box
8) Restart your computer
