Maybe I can help. I have very low vision and use TV sets. What I do not understand is a blind person using any TV set. Please clarify.

Most TV remotes use infrared t controllers.  Universal remotes can be programmed to some TV sets.  MON smart TV sets in the low cost grapple mad have very simple controls. Some are 32 inch. I use  two 32 inch TV sets amd a Windows 10 mini PC.

But what does a blind person so wioth aTV set?

Has anyone come across a NON smart TV for sale?    I have a blind person who can not use a smart Tv and uses the keys on his special  remote,  So far I have not found one on Amazon, etc

You can use an app such as iconoid to save your desktop icon layout and restore it at every boot. It's an old app, but it works with all versions of Windows: https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/iconoid.html

I have a HP DEskjet 4251e, was able to print with no issues over a month ago now when I try an print something it fails an comes back that it cant print it.  I need this working again for my Duties an run off my Tax Forums

I can disable GameInput Host Services, but it takes me a long time to get rid of it, it keeps opening several times even after I've closed it.

Any way to stop it from respawning when I try to disable it in Task Manager?
