ftp://ftp.symantec.com/AVDEFS/symantec_antivirus_corp/ - The manual client update files are in this directory (20100308-003-x86.exe is today's file for x86 computers). This would need to be done on all clients if you don't have an AV Server.

ftp://ftp.symantec.com/AVDEFS/symantec_antivirus_corp/xdb/ - the manual server update files are in this directory (vd30d003.xdb is today's file), which you copy to the VPHome directory on the AV server and it will push out updates to all clients.

Also, check out the tech support and product manuals for SAV here - http://www.symantec.com/business/products/support.jsp?pcid=pcat_security&pvid=805_1
