Windows Errors and Updates?

Every morning when I exit my screen saver and unlock my account, there's an application that wants to run, titled "Windows errors and updates". this wants to run every single morning. what is this? can i somehow make it so that i dont have to give it permission and it can automatically do its thing?

If its windows updates then all you do is upen windows updates, go to settings and it should ask in a drag down bar if you want to install automatically, then you set the time it updates automatically.
