    « on: March 22, 2010, 02:33:29 PM »
I went from Nvidia 9600 to Ati Radeon HD R5770 because I needed upgrade to play new games. Now here is the problem can not play older games such as United Offensive. I can play for a bit and then it freezes. So I returned my computer back to the proffessionals who installed the new card (and who had built my computer so they know what is compatable). It was returned with a new motherboard Asus M4A785-M witch they said i now needed hmmm ok but I still can not play my old games. And yes all the drivers are installed. Please help I have a match coming up and i really don't want to have to play on my husbands computer.I run on Windows xp home edition service pack 3, Amd Athlon 64x2dual core Processor 6000+mmx 3D now (2CPUs)3.1 ghz,2048mb Ram,Sound Blaster X-FI, Harddrive 500gb.

Maltamed it only freezes when I play my older games everything else is fine.No there is no virus all new parts and it was just reformated and cleaned up.And no its not my harddrive because that is new as well put in three weeks ago because my other one had a smartcard defect, I have enough Ram.Any other answers out there would be appreciative.
