i want to learn css . how can i start?

Go to google an shearch how to code useing css.  Personally google is there to help.  If nothing else look at some coded pages that show you the effect of css.  If nothing else there are alot of books aviable like by Wrox.

http://www.w3schools.com/css/ is an excellent online resource.  A book on the subject would also be quite beneficial.  If you don't want to spend much on books, visit Amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com and search for used books, which often sell for much less than new ones.
