Okay. You can uncheck "ask before saving passwords"

Is it only hotmail or does IE not save any passwords? If the latter, delete all files in your temporary internet files folder and reboot - see if that helps. If not, try deleting the index.dat file (you can use ccleaner to do that) and all cookies along with the temporary internet folder files and reboot.

General problem for all sites
i Worked As you said, and the same result. I use the program ccleaner 2.30
this is new problem Previously. I've been sign in to hotmail  through the windows live toolbar

when i sign in I get a message that the password or e-mail error
when i sign in After type the password and e-mail. There is no problem

I use the program ccleaner 2.30

ccleaner is deleting the auto complete form history every time you run it. You can uncheck this option on the left of the program's window.

Windows NT Challenge/Response must be enabled in the Web site properties in IIS. Anonymous authentication is attempted first, followed by Windows Integrated authentication, Digest authentication and then Basic (clear text) authentication. Internet Explorer does not pass your user name and password automatically when you are using Basic (clear text) authentication or Digest authentication. You are always prompted for credentials when you are using these authentication methods.

Normally I use Firefox except for Windows Updates. When I updated to IE8, many of my VBScripts broke.

Creating an instance of InternetExplorer.Application became a hit or miss situation, mostly miss. I could have fixed each script by using another object (Microsoft.XMLHTTP) but in keeping with KISS theory, reverting back to IE7 was so much easier.

I have not noticed that with IE8 but, regarding password handling, I've found that Firefox and Opera (which I have much less experience with than Firefox) both do a better job of managing passwords.
