I think you're referring to a "Cloud" drive.  As in, the Internet CLOUD.

Google around for Cloud drive storage.  I have no idea what rates/prices go for..

You could always do a poor man's back up, and send your files to your web based eMail account...

I do not think it a good idea to store. top secret information in databank sush as bank account numbers,...... etc.
But it's good to store a lot of other information, which is difficult to mention here

I recommend using Dropbox for Cloud data storage.  Its password protected and stated to be secure.  I'm not sure if it is what you are looking for.  In any case I would definitely not store unencrypted sensitive files on the internet.

I opt to use the free 2GB + 3GB friend finder bonus account.  For added security I create an encrypted container using Truecrypt, also free, of 2GB in size.  I fire up Truecrypt whenever I need to get at my sensitive files and then dismount it when I walk away.  The only defect to my design that I can see is that the 2GB file would take to long to download if traveling without a computer.  Of course the container size can be customized for your desired size.  Also, for passwords and such to stuff you could use Keepass.

I've read three disturbing issues about ADrive.
1.) Who the heck are they?  The About Us page shows that it was founded by Veterans of storage and networking industry.  Whois shows that the site is registered to DomainsByProxy.com which specializes in keeping the identity of their clients top secret.  I wouldn't trust my data on their server even if the US Government was using it!
2.) Does ADrive have a utility that runs on the OS to interface between the file system and the Cloud?  I read that it does not and the only way to upload or download data is through their web-login page.
3.) The login page always uses the annoying, yet somewhat secure captcha to prevent any sort of automation that might have been possible with iMacros.

Adrive is not cloud storage, it's just a free FTP server.
