Actually, I've heard voices when using my desktop (Win XP) computer.  I've also heard what I would describe as the tapping-out Morse code on a telegram machine.  I believe both are the result of telecommunications interference caused, most likely, by linemen out working on telephone lines (I have DSL Internet service).  I recall this issue being posted before in forums.  And, I believe my son, who sometimes uses my computer, has heard the abnormal sounds.

One fact I believe I can correctly state about sounds I've heard is that they usually occur during the day. And, I'd say that tends to corroborate the theory that it's due to linemen out working on telephone lines.

So, don't worry @@, I don't think you need to see a psychiatrist. :D  But, if that was your photo you posted, you are a bit overdue some dental work.  ;D

Thank you Mr. soybean
Sound appears without the Internet.
I'm afraid to be the cause. Fan - friction or imbalance or ...... etc.
Thank God I'm female, and the picture is not me. And is a joke with  Carbon Dudeoxide

If you hear a clear voice from your computer, and it started recently, it is very unlikely that it would be radio interference.

    agree
I ruled out any wireless signal.
I think the reason is hardware. But I do not have experience to know it

I hear voices in my head all the time, but that's a different story.

If you have DSL, voice and data share the same line, and sometimes what's called crosstalk occurs on telephone lines.  All of the wires running to homes, or businesses, are bundled together back to a central location and sometimes the traffic on one pair of wires leaks over on to another.

If it's frequent or constant you should call your phone company.
