Kaspersky Rescue Disk
« on: April 26, 2010, 11:15:14 AM »
Free technical anti-virus . I think it's worth the experience and use
Boot from the Kaspersky Rescue Disk to scan and remove threats from an infected computer without the risk of infecting other files or computers.
To download the software from
http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/RescueDisk/
Burn this ISO image to a CD, insert it into the infected system's CD-ROM drive, enter the PC's BIOS, set it to boot from the CD and reboot the computer.

Please link to the software home page with these types of downloads. Thanks.

This is neither computer news nor anything new. There are lots of free boot time AV scanners available.

Your welcome.

Rescue ISO's from antivirus vendors update sometimes multiple times in a days time. Sometimes multiple times an hour. So it's always best to get them from the source.
