    boot failure

    When I booted this morning Igot the message
    hile initializing device VKD:
    Windows protection error Restart computer
    I did this and got the message to go to safe mode, which I did and got the above message again. What should I do?

      I have resolved the problem with the help of computerhope advice on safe mode. A key was stuck down. When I fixed that, I was able to reboot in safe mode. then do a normal restart.
