    abode flash player issues!!!!!!

    How do you to get abode flash playerdownloaded and guaranted to work with the best browser.  I have tried i.e. and firefox  no dice. I have Windows Vista Home  Premium 64 Bit Version and Abode recommends a 32 bit Browser. Please  Explain and provide some in stuctionson how to solve these issues. Please and Thanks. HELp!!!!!!!!!!!!
