Wierd little square

Im having this problem with my desktop, there is this little square in the middle of it which seems to be part of my toolbar. I have no idea how this happened but I hope someone can help. Here is a pic,

    evilmanrob......Well you might try changing the wallpaper and see if it goes away .........if it does , change back to the one you have now and see if the little square is still there .....

    Well I thought that it might be part of the background but no matter what i change it to the square is all ways there, and it acts like part of  a window. Here is my current background:

    What  monitor you are using.......lcd.....cvt..??.....system specs are!
