I have a vista home premium.
Whenever i enter my sole administrator account's password, the welcome screen freezes.
I can't do anything that requires the administrator's permission, so i wasn't even able to use the system software disc to repair the problem since i have to have the administrator's permission to run it...
Can anyone help me please ?
