Disable system restore, re-start in safe mode with networking. Go to http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/ for a free scan.
Follow Raptor's links and run multiple scans.

I know how to start in safe mode , but what do you mean "with networking"?

If you hit F8 while booting you will see an option to start in safe mode with networking.

Now I have a keyboard failure......after choosing -with networking.-

So it works in safe mode but not in safe mode with networking  
Try it again.

I read "keyboard failure" on black screen when starting the computer. When -with networking appears-, I can move the arrow key to highlight -with networking-.
After, cursor doesn't move.

So you use the curser keys to go down & highlight
safe mode with networking then the computer locks up?
If this is not the case try re-posting the result in English.

after highlighting with networking, the Welcome screen comes up and I can't type in my passwork.
