Which win 7 is write 64 or 32 bit Ultimate or pro

Ok so i want to upgrade from xp to 7 but i'm not sure which win 7 to choose
these what?, ultimate pro, home? and 32 or 64 bit?

my systems are:
3 Ghz Processor
1 Gb Ram
80 GB Hdd

and
2.2 Ghz proccesor
1 GB hdd
320 Gb hdd
and

2.80 Ghz processor
1 gB ram
80 GB hdd

how many core are each of the set-ups? Also what is the primary function of the win 7 computer going to be?

    Hi,

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit is good, however before you install it check your system specifications. Because there will again compatibility issues so before you install it check all the programs, software and hardware functions.
