I want to slow down my playback.  I understand how to go to Now Playing, then Enhancements, then Play Speed Settings and have done just that.  However, it's not working for me.

If I use this feature either with the little bar or by hitting "slow" the sound will go silent.  Then, if I hit "normal" the playback sound comes back just fine.  As an experiment, I hit "fast" and again, the sound disappeared.

Why does it do this, if the sound playback features are obviously allowed to be slowed down or sped up?

    Thanks!
