Is it possible to use anti-spyware program such as CounterSpy with KIS 2011 . Without any problems

Absolutely, though I'd recommend either MalwareBytes or SuperAntispyware instead of CounterSpy.

Malwarebytes is free also and you download that as well as SAS. It will not run resident so you'll need to manually scan with it every so often.
