Just today I have been getting pop-ups on my PC saying I'm under attack by some sort of computer virus and there is a fake "security suit" that comes up also asking if i want to get rid of this. Also i cannot run ANY programs apart from exploreing my files. It comes up with "Application cannot be executed. The file ****** is infected. Do you wan to activate your antivirus software now"
I have had a look around and it seems that i should run Rkill? but when i try to do that i get this message^ I've tried 4 forms of rkill (.com .exe .pif .scr) and also it keeps opening an IE page but it comes up with internet explorer warning- visiting this website may harm your computer!
Any help would be very much apperciated! thanks
EDIT: I'm on my laptop as i cannot open anything....
