IE 8 and Firefox extremely slow

Hi Im new to this forum. My internet explorer is extremely slow both when connected at work to wireless network and at home when connected via LAN connection.

It takes a minute or more to load a page.

Ive attached a hijack this log in case it may help someone to solve my problem.

Given that your premonition is to suspect a virus or malware factor in your browser issue your chances of assistance in that area will be greatly improved if you were to post this in the "computer and viruses" forum along with your "hijack-this report". The help there is very competent and exclusive to that forum.
