Can I connect 1 PC to 2 access points?
    « on: October 04, 2010, 09:06:12 AM »
    Hi
I don't know if this is possible, but i was thinking about this the other day. I watch a lot of streaming video, I 'm always dowloading things too, and I listen to a lot of streaming music, spottify for example. As you can imagine all this quickly uses up my band width. My wife is always complaining that once I have all this lot going she can't check her email on the house service as the band width is used up! As I have two internet connection available (office, and home) is it possible to use both of them at the same time for one laptop to double my bandwidth? I have several wireless USB dongles around the house as well as the wireless card that's in the computer. I could increase the bandwidth from my ISP but I think I'm maxed out as it is.
I hope its not too stupid a question
    thanks for your time

Just wondering, what is the speed of your Internet service?

I was also curious how you planned on accessing your office internet service from your home?

Does your wife have a separate computer?

You mentioned wireless, but that's got a limited range.
