My computer has been hanging long and longer between the Vista loading bar screen and the welcome screen, frequently times it exceeds a minute, and occasionally start up would halt that that stage and I need to restart the computer by pushing the restart button. when that happens the 2nd try or 3rd try the system completely starts up and gets into the welcome screen. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?
